Busy days lunch time smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for those days when you don’t have a lot of time for lunch or need to take your lunch on the go. Packed with protein and healthy fats it’s a really healthy alternative for busy days


Ingredients

2 cups spinach

1 large banana

1 avocado

2 cup almond milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp flax

1/2 lime


Method

  • Blend all of the above until nice and smooth

  • Serve straight away
