Mid-morning boost juice

This is perfect for that little lift you need mid-morning to get you through until lunch time. It’s refreshing, zingy and delicious.
Ingredients
Two large handfuls baby spinach
Half a cup fresh water
Half cucumber
1 cup pineapple (or 4 x rings from a tin)
The juice of half a lime
1 apple - pureed (see method)
1 cup apple juice
Ice-cubes
Method
Peel and core the apple and pop in the microwave with a tbsp of water to cook (this is so it blends nice and smooth)
Blend the spinach with the water until fully blended
Add the remaining ingredients and a handful of ice cubes
Divide between two glasses
Enjoy with a garnish of cucumber
