Raw Cookie Dough (Healthy)

Soft, gooey and soooo delicious. This RAW cookie dough can be whipped up in no time at all and tastes like a real sweet treat that is SECRETLY healthy.


Ingredients

45g oats flour (oats blended to a fine flour)

35g ground almond flour & 10g coconut flour *see notes about safe raw flour below

4 tbsp maple syrup

50ml plant milk

1 Love Chocolate Bar, chopped into small chunks


Method

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate bar chunks, together in a bowl and mix until fully combined

  • Add the chocolate chunks and mix again to combine the chocolate

  • Enjoy straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
