Marshmallow Krispie Cake

Here’s a lovely marshmallow Krispie cake recipe for you, because they’re not just for kids! These taste as close to a Krispie cake as you can get, they are 100% vegan and totally delicious and moreish. Why not have a go? I hope you love them as much as I do! x
Ingredients
80g vegan butter
200g vegan marshmallow (you may add less but they won’t be as sticky)
100g vegan puffed rice
Method
Melt the vegan spread in a large pan and once melted add the marshmallow
NB The marshmallow won’t melt as regular marshmallow, you will end up with a glupy mass of marshmallow, the is as it should be
Add the puffed rice to the marshmallow mix and carefully fold until combined
Press into a lined brownie sized tin and pop in the forge for a couple of hours to set
Slice and enjoy…see below for the gooey finished result =)
