On Mocktail menu we have;

  • Cuddles On the Beach

  • Blackberry and Ginger Fizz

  • Raspberry and Mint Sparkle

  • Caramel Espresso

These mocktails are so simple to make and are suitable for anyone who fancies a little something extra special to drink without the alcohol. They are also suitable for children, they do contain pure fruit juice so they are still quite high in sugar, however I’ve opted for sparkling water where I can and sugar free grenadine.

Cuddles On the Beach

Mint

Grenadine zero sugar

Slice of lemon

Orange juice

Cranberry juice

Guava juice (all equal parts so the amount will depend on how big your glasses are)

  • Crush a few sprigs of mint and add to a cocktail glass.

  • In a separate glass add some mint leaves, a thick slice of lemon and a splash of grenadine (I used zero sugar)

  • Add the juice to the glass

  • Add the grenadine and lemon mixture

  • Top with some pink lemonade and a large handful of crushed ice

  • Add some blueberries to garnish.

Caramel Espresso

2 parts/ double espresso (I used decaf)

1 part cold water

Sweetener/caramel syrup of choice- you choose how sweet you’d like it (I used agave nectar as it give a nice caramel taste)

3 coffee beans to garnish

  • Prepare your double espresso. If you don’t have a coffee maker then make an espresso using instant or another way you choose to make espresso.

  • Add a teaspoon of sweetener (or more to suit your taste)

  • Pop the espresso, water and a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker and give a really good shake.

  • Gently pour into a cocktail glass, you should have a nice thick topping of creme from the coffee

  • Add the coffee beans for presentation.
