Garlicky Kale

This is the best way to enjoy kale in my opinion! It really makes greens the star of the show and can be added to pasta sauces or as an addition to your usual veggies.
Honestly, even if you’re not keen on kale you may just love it this way, the garlic and olive oil really do make it taste great.
Ingredients
1 large packet kale
4 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove - crushed
1 handful of mixed seeds
Method
Rinse the kale, remove any large stalks and chop the leaves into strips
Add the oil and crushed garlic to a frying pan and gently fry for 1 minute so that the garlic infuses with the oil
Now add the kale and gently cook for 5 -8 minutes until wilted
Add the mixed seeds and stir to combine
Season with salt and pepper and serve
