Mocha protein boosting overnight oats

If you like coffee then this is the breakfast for you. A double espresso in your favourite oats are the BEST start to the day in my opinion! Boosted with protein and oats and topped with nuts, seeds and fruit it really is a fabulous bowl of goodness.
TOP TIP
If you want these in a hurry simply prepare them according to the instructions and place them in the freezer for 15 minutes before mixing and enjoying right away
Ingredients
MOCHA OATS
20g oats (can be GF)
25g protein powder
1 tbsp flax seed (ground)
Double espresso or 2 shots STRONG coffee
60 ml water or plant milk (I use plant milk)
TO TOP
3g cacao nibs
7g cashews
10g mixed seeds
1/4 Love Chocolate bar
1 handfuls of berries or your favourite fruits
Method
Mix all of the overnight oats ingredients together and mix well
Place in the fridge overnight
Re mix in the morning, adding a drop more milk if the mixture is too thick for your liking
Add the topping and dig in!
Make your oats extra special with some yummy Love Chocolate
