One Mug Chocolate Orange Cake

This mug cake is so quick and simple to make and you’ll finished it just as fast as it’s so tasty. Light, fluffy and delicious. I hope you love it too x


Ingredients

2 tablespoons self-raising flour (use gluten free here if needed)

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

1/4 tsp (or small pinch) baking powder

2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

3 tablespoons plant milk

Half an orange Love Vegan bar, chopped into tiny chunks

Optional toppings - vegan yogurt and the other half of the love vegan bar


Method

  • Mix everything together on a mug

  • Pop in the microwave on high for 45 seconds

  • Enjoy on it’s own or with the yogurt and love vegan chunks
