Pumpkin spice and all things nice

This is my ultimate indulgent smoothie, made with delicious wholesome ingredients that taste like a pumpkin pie dessert, but healthy!….Topped with vegan cream and pumpkin spice it’s like having a dessert in a glass


Ingredients

75g frozen pumpkin puree *see here for recipe (or used fresh puree or tinned if available)

1/2 banana (can be frozen)

60g vegan vanilla yogurt

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix *make your own here

1/4 cup almond milk

Optional vegan cream to top


Method

  • Simply add all of the above to a blender and whizz up until smooth. Add a few ice cubes if you’re not using frozen pumpkin & banana

  • Top with vegan cream - Squirty, fresh vegan cream alternative or coconut cream all all good

  • Sprinkle with some additional pumpkin spice and enjoy
