The healthiest and most simple cookie recipe you’ll ever need. Only 3 ingredients and mixed up in one bowl in 5 minutes tops. This is the perfect week day treat that you can enjoy every day and know that you’re getting something tasty as well as nutritious and healthy. I really hope you love them x


Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas (mashed)

150 oats (gluten free if needed)

100g peanut butter

Optional - 1-2 tbsp maple syrup for added sweetness


Method

  • Begin by mashing the bananas until smooth

  • Add the oats and mix together

  • Next add the peanut butter (you can warm this slightly if it’s too thick) and mix together really well

  • Add the maple syrup if your using plus another mix

  • Bake in pre heated oven (180C) for 10 minutes

  • Enjoy within 3 days - best eaten whilst still warm
