Choco Oat Breakfast Cookies

Simple, healthy and good for you. These breakfast cookies taste great straight from the oven and enjoyed with your favourite coffee. They are also good to eat on the go or to put in for lunch box to curb those afternoon munchies. We hope you love them too x
Ingredients
1/4 ripe banana
4 tbsp oats (GF if needed)
1 tbsp agave/maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
OPTIONAL
Peanut butter drizzle
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray
Mix all of the above together
Divide into 6 small ball
Place the balls onto the baking tray and flatten each one with the palm of your hand
Bake for around 7-10 minutes
Drizzle with warm nut butter if desired and enjoy
