Spicy chilli bake with crème fraiche mash

This is a really nice comfort food dish. The crème fraiche mash really complements the spicy chilli resulting in a great dish the whole family can enjoy.
Ingredients
1 packet vegan mince
1 tin red kidney beans
1 x chilli sauce either a jar or homemade (find my homemade sauce here and add 1 tbsp chilli powder)
1 large bag potatoes (or enough for your family)
1 x 200ml pot vegan crème fraiche
100g vegan grated cheese
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Method
Fry the mince until golden
Add your chosen chilli sauce and kidney beans and simmer for around 20 minutes
Whist the chilli is simmering, peel and boil the potatoes until soft
Mash the potatoes, add the crème fraiche and vegan cheese and stir until combined, season with salt and pepper
Place the chilli into an oven proof dish and top with the mash
Sprinkle with the nutritional yeast
Bake at 180C for around 20 minutes or until the top is nice and golden
Serve with your favourite veggies
