Almond and peanut butter popcorn
This is my go to snack when I fancy something sweet. Perfect for Netflix binging or movie nights

Ingredients
70g popcorn - pop your own or use a microwave bag (or ready made)
60ml maple syrup (1/4 cup)
65g peanut butter
40g flaked or chopped almonds
Method
Pop your corn according to instructions
Warm the maple syrup and nut butter until it melts then stir together
Pour the syrup mixture onto the popped corn, add the almonds and stir well until the pop corn is evenly coated.
TOP TIP - Use a large bowl to mix to keep the pop corn from spilling
The pop corn will not be as crunchy as regular pop corn. It’s a softer, gooey snack :)
